Allegheny County Police are investigating after a 17-month-old boy was found unresponsive in a West Mifflin home and later died.
West Mifflin Police responded to the 2600 block of Glenny Lane just before 7:50 a.m. Wednesday.
First responders transported the boy to a local hospital where he pronounced dead.
The County Police homicide unit and detectives began an investigation.
