Luck was in the air recently in Allegheny County, where a $1 million Million Dollar Win It All scratch-off ticket was sold, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.

GetGo, the gas station at 410 Chestnut St. in Carnegie where the ticket was sold, will receive a $5,000 bonus for the win, the lottery said. Million Dollar Win It All is a $50 game and the top prize is $1 million. Tickets for the game are distributed at random, meaning that neither the lottery nor retailers knows where winning tickets might be sold.

“As a reminder, Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481,” a June 16 press release from the lottery noted. All prizes more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding. Rules can be viewed at palottery.com.
