A 2-year-old boy in Baldwin Township is dead after he accidentally hanged from a pull cord for a set of blinds.
Allegheny County Police got it happened Sunday afternoon shortly before 3pm inside a home in the 2000 block of Jameson Drive.
First responders tried to administer CPR when they arrived, but the little boy was pronounced dead at the hospital.
