A 28-year-old man is being charged with vehicular homicide and manslaughter charges from a four-vehicle collision on the Parkway East.

Police say Donald Lewis told officers the March 31st crash was his fault.

It happened near the Squirrel Hill Tunnel a few minutes before 2 a.m. when the Corvette Lewis was driving hit a Honda Civic at a speed of 101 miles per hour.

Landon Ray's vehicle was stopped because the tunnel was closed.

The impact pushed the Honda into two other vehicles and Ray died a short time later at a hospital.
