Pittsburgh Police have made a second arrest in the case of a deadly Downtown shooting last month.
18-year-old Jayshon Martin was arrested without incident.
Investigators have linked him to a fatal shooting on January 19th in the 700 block of Liberty Avenue.
According to police, Martin shut off his GPS-enabled ankle monitor he wore as part of his probation two weeks before the shooting.
His probation officer has supervised Martin three separate times since he was around 14 years old and his probation this time was set to be up January 23rd, four days after the shooting.
Martin was arrested Thursday on the 800 block of Moravian Way in Pittsburgh's North Side.
Martin is facing Criminal Homicide and several other charges. 18-year-old Erique Collington was arrested the day of the shooting.
