UPDATE 9:20 A.M. 8/11/22 - The father of a baby who was left in a hot car turned himself in this morning.
Khang Nguyen has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of his son, 3-month-old Kayden Nguyen, in Upper St. Clair in June.

The baby was found dead in his car seat inside the back of his father's minivan. His father told police that he had gone to work and forgot the child in the minivan.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the 3-month-old found in a car Thursday afternoon.
Kayden Nguyen was pronounced deceased at the scene in the 300 block of Fort Couch Rd after first responders tried saving the infant around 5 p.m.
According to Upper St. Clair Police, Nguyen was left inside a vehicle for several hours.
