Four men have been indicted on five counts in federal court in Pittsburgh, accused of violating federal narcotics and firearms charges following an investigation by the Allegheny County Police Department.
The indictment is connected to activities on May 13, 2021.
Count one charges 24-year-old Jamiel Green (AKA Jamiel Clifford) of Pittsburgh with possession of a firearm as a felon.
Tyrieke Hammonds, 24 of Clairton, is charged in count two with possessing a firearm as an illegal drug user.
In counts three and four, 20-year-old Hazeon Kidd of Pittsburgh is charged with possession with intent to distribute drug, which in this case include fentanyl and cocaine, and illegal possession of a firearm.
As for the fifth count, 20-year-old Deonte Reddick of Clairton is charged with possessing a firearm as an illegal drug user.
Acting U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman says counts one, two, four and five could carry a sentence of up to 10 years in prison, $250,000 fine or both.
Count three could carry a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, a $1 million fine or both.
