A man is under arrest after attacking a 73 year old man in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh Public Safety said officers were sent to Fourth Avenue and Smithfield Street around noon for reports of an assault.
The 73 year old told police a stranger approached him and attacked him while he was walking down the street.
Officials say the victim was hit in the head by the man, knocking him to the ground. After reviewing surveillance footage, police arrested 24 year old Jameel Huff with aggravated assault.
He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
