The popular documentary “The Football Town” about Pittsburgh’s deep football roots, currently showing at the Kamin Science Center, will be free for visitors to the NFL Draft next week.
Produced by NFL Films, in partnership with VisitPITTSBURGH, the Steelers and U.S. Steel, the 50-minute film is narrated by Plum native Pat McAfee.
Also featuring appearances by Bill Cowher, Jerome Bettis, Joey Porter Sr., James Harrison, Chris Hoke and more, the documentary explores every level of football in Pittsburgh from Pop Warner to high school, to college and the Steelers.
The film will be shown on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24: 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday, April 25: 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
While the film is free, you’ll need to download the NFL’s One Pass app to get a ticket .
