A group of Strip District business owners are suing the city and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
They want to delay a project to add a bike lane to Penn Avenue, limiting vehicles to one lane between 31st and 22nd streets.
The plan has the bike lane next to the curb and parking next to the single lane of traffic.
The city says it will make the Strip District safer, but the business owners want the project put on hold to consider other traffic control measures.
