Westmoreland County Drug Task Force, County Detectives, agents with the Attorney General's Office, and North Huntingdon Township Police purchased illegal drugs from Star Smoke and Vape Shop located on Lincoln Highway.
The clerk supplied undercover officers with several vapes containing Delta 8 which are illegal in PA.
A second search warrant was executed on November 12th and several products were seized including Delta 8, THCA Flower products and edibles.
Al Merdaie Mohamed and El Hacen Mohamed Najem were arraigned on several narcotics related charges and were remanded to the Westmoreland County Prison after failing to post $100,000 bail.
