A second wave of new seats is on the way at Acrisure Stadium.
The Sports and Exhibition Authority authorized Thursday the reimbursement of over $5 million to replace about 18,000 seats.
The Pittsburgh Business Times reports the project started last year when about 22,000 seats were replaced.
A third and final phase is set for next year.
