After over 70 years in business, a popular, Pittsburgh-area restaurant is closing its doors for good.
The Anchor Inn, which opened in 1953 in Natrona Heights will close on Friday, May 23.
"We would like to thank the community for their many years of patronage and memories, and we hope to see you one last time before our final goodbye," The Anchor Inn said on it's website.
The family owners tell the Tribune Review they are retiring but the pandemic didn't make it easy to stay open.
They also say they are "open" to selling the building after they close.
