Aliquippa felon sentenced in firearm and drug conviction

U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman says a Beaver County man has been sentenced to prison following a conviction for drugs and firearms violations.

Former Aliquippa resident, 37-year-old Antoine Cummings has been sentenced to 63 months in prison.


Cummings was convicted of narcotics trafficking and possessing a firearm by a convicted felon.

The Beaver County Drug Task Force and the Aliquippa Police Department found 51 grams of cocaine, a loaded handgun, ammunition and almost $6,000 in cash in Cummings' apartment in September of 2019.

Cummings had been previously convicted on felony charges. One of those convictions was for drug trafficking.
