A Turtle Creek woman who has been on the run for three months has been taken into custody on six outstanding bench warrants.
The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office say 24-year-old Nyzjayah Majors has been wanted since July after warrants were issued to probation violations concerning five different cases.
In those cases, she pleaded guilty to either robbery or conspiracy charges.
A sixth bench warrant was issued in August when she didn’t appear for a trail on a firearms charge.
Detectives from Sheriff Kevin Kraus’ office learned that Majors was inside an apartment building on the 1100 block of Bower Hill Road. She was taken into custody on Tuesday morning without incident.
Two males and a female were in the apartment at the time of the arrest and one of the men, Jordan Johnson, was found to have an active detainer on him from the PA State Parole Department.
He was also taken into custody and both were transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
