Allegheny County Health Department receives additional COVID-19 vaccine doses

The Allegheny County Health Department received additional supplies of the COVID-19 vaccine on Monday.

The doses will be used for its clinics this week, however the county says it will still need to adjust schedules for second doses.

The department received 7,000 doses of the Moderna vaccine and says 4,700 of those are for first doses with the remaining 2,300 intended for second doses.
