Allegheny County Jail officer fired over racial slurs

A corrections officer at the Allegheny County Jail has been fired after he appeared in a video on social media showing him using racial slurs.

Brian Davis' firing comes less than a month after he was suspended.

The video that went viral last month shows Davis holding a baseball bat that says "N-word beater."

The bat was wrapped in barbed wire.

Warden Trevor Wingard says they are now looking into inmate complaints about Davis.
