An Ambridge man already incarcerated on a murder conviction has been sentenced in federal court on a weapons charge.
21-year-old Nasean Hunt pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years imprisonment for possession of a machine gun.
Hunt was found in possession of a loaded Glock 17 pistol capable of fully automatic fire.
The sentence will run concurrent with the 15 to 40-year sentence Hunt already was serving in connection with a 2024 conviction for the third-degree murder of a 15-year-old boy in Ambridge.
