PA State Police are confirming an active investigation at a local school district in Armstrong County.
State Troopers say an investigation is underway involving Armstrong High School, but they are not releasing details.
In an email to KDKA Radio, Trooper Bertha Cazy said no charges have been filed and the nature of the investigation cannot be disclosed because it remains active.
She also clarified State Police were not involved in removing any teachers from the school last week.
Armstrong School District says its aware of “inappropriate relationships” but would not go into details due to confidentiality.
The District says it is cooperating with law enforcement during the investigation.
