An Armstrong County man is in custody, charged with killing two others.
State Police say 56-year-old Scott Shaffer surrendered without incident when they arrived at his home.
Shaffer is accused of shooting two men early Wednesday.
27-year-old Gregory Samosky and 32-year-old Kenneth Moore were both dead when investigators arrived at Shaffer's Washington Township home.
He's being held on two counts of homicide and state police continue to investigate what led up to the killings.
