New Castle Police have made an arrest in a homicide that followed a robbery.
Jordan Peretti is accused of robbing a CVS pharmacy on February 5 and then also killing 39-year-old Jason Miles the following day.
Police say evidence shows that Peretti and Miles met on February near Marshall Avenue where they say he shot miles several times.
Surveillance video also allegedly shows Peretti robbed the CVS store the day prior.

Peretti is in the Lawrence County Jail, held without bond.
