A 37-year-old man on the Megan’s Law registry is accused of performing sexual acts on a 14-year-old girl twice last week in a wooded area in Butler Township.
Pennsylvania State police say Paul Rucinski allegedly performed along a trail that stretches from Hansen Avenue to Butler Senior High School.
According to police, Rucinski claimed he asked the girl’s age twice and was told she was 18 both times.
He is facing multiple charges, including statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
