The stalemate between Allegheny Technologies and nearly 1300 striking United Steelworkers members continues.
Over the weekend, USW claimed ATI is trying to force the union to accept an offer they don't want.
In a statement to KDKA Radio, ATI says their current offer expires at 5:00pm Monday, and will be replaced by an offer that reflects the company's expenses as a result of the strike.
ATI claims they communicated this change to USW so no one is taken by surprise, not as a threat.
The USW workers went on strike on March 30.
