Over 3,000 people are either going or interested in attending a benefit for injured Karns City quarterback Mason Martin and his family.
Mason Martin was injured during a game against Redbank Valley. He suffered a collapsed lung and brain bleed earlier this month.
The benefit is this Sunday, at the Sugarcreek Township Volunteer Fire Department in East Brady from 12 to 4 p.m.
BBQ chicken dinner will be served and there will also be a basket raffle.
The $15 dinner comes with BBQ chicken quarter, parsley potatoes, baked beans, a roll, along with a drink and dessert.
Over 100 raffle baskets will be available. There will also be live music.
675 people say they are attending on a Facebook page. Another 2,800 people are interested.
