The Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline has ruled that there is cause to file charged against an Allegheny County Magisterial District Judge for misconduct.

Judge Anthony Saveikis of Findlay Township, North Fayette and Oakdale.

The conduct board sent a complaint to Judge Saveikis detailing incidents involving underage boys.

One involved a 17-year-old at a local restaurant in 2018.

The complaint says Saveikis took the boy’s hand and asked him personal questions. He reportedly followed the boy into a freezer, touching his shoulders, arms and back, making the boy feel “very vulnerable.”

Two other separate incidents in 2022 involve boys, 17 and 14-years-old, that appeared before Saveikis in court.

He ordered the boys to separate punishments. In both incidents, Saveikis would show up to where the underage boys were serving their punishments and interact with them.

Saveikis was “strongly cautioned” on two occasions by Judge Berkeley Clark on his behavior.

Two of the incidents were investigated by the Allegheny County Police. Their investigation results were given to the District Attorney’s officer, who declined to file charges both times.

He has been barred from hearing cases involving minor and has been on leave since March 2023.

He has been a Magisterial judge since 2002.
