Police are investigating after a body was found in the Monongahela River Thursday afternoon in Washington County.
The Washington County Coroner's Office says the unidentified body of a man was found just after 6 p.m. behind Middle at Goodloe Streets in West Brownsville.
The body is believed to be aged between 30 to 50 years old.
Anyone with any information about a missing male is asked to contact State Police.
Police say he may have been reported missing in Point Marion.
The cause of death is pending an autopsy.
