Residents in Belle Vernon are currently under a boil water advisory.
The Belle Vernon Municipal Water Authority says the warning was issued for possible contamination while work was being done at the reservoir.
The water authority says residents should boil all tap water for at least 1 minute.
Or use bottled water until test results on the tap water are complete.
