Bond denied for war hero charged with raping teenage girl

Bond was denied Wednesday for Brandon Rumbaugh, the military veteran and motivational speaker charged with raping a 13-year-old girl.

The victim told police Rumbaugh sexually assaulted her four times when she was a guest in his Pleasant Hills home.

He is charged with several felonies.

Rumbaugh was injured in Afghanistan which left him a double amputee and was awarded a Commendation Medal for valor by the Marines.
