According to a report from KDKA-TV former President Donald Trump will be in attendance at Acrisure Stadium on Sunday night.
KDKA-TV’s Jennifer Borrasso says that sources tell her Trump will be there for the game between the Steelers and the Jets.
Western Pennsylvania has been visited many times during this election season.
Trump has made stops in the Pittsburgh area, including coming back to the Butler Farm Show grounds earlier this month after an attempted assassination in the summer.
Republican vice-presidential nominee JD Vance is scheduled to speak at The Pennsylvanian shortly after noon on Thursday and Trump is expected to hold a rally in Allegheny County next week.
Vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz campaigned in Butler and Lawrence Counties on Tuesday, attempting to appeal to rural voters.
Current vice president and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris has also made several stops in the Pittsburgh area, including spending several days in Pittsburgh, preparing for the debate against Trump.
