Police have been searching for him for more than two years, and now a suspect wanted in the deadly killing of a teenager and the wounding of another is in custody.
20-year-old Darien Wallace was arrested Wednesday night in Trafford for the April 2024 killing of 16-year-old Jaramyah Pollard in Braddock.
Another teen was also injured.
Police say they received information that Wallace was inside a home on the 500 block of West Inwood Road, and was arrested as he attempted to flee the surrounded building around 6:30 p.m.
Detective also recovered an AR-style gun, ammunition and multiple magazines inside the home.
