The Business Times reports a sign posted in the window of the restaurant at the Galleria in Mount Lebanon indicates it has closed permanently.
A visit to the BRGR website show that the location is not accepting online orders.
At one time, BRGR had locations Downtown, in East Liberty, Cranberry Township and PNC Park.
BRGR's website shows the only location that's still open is in State College.
