A man was killed Sunday night after being involved in a motorcycle crash in Brookline.
The crash involving the motorcycle and another vehicle happened just before 7 p.m. along Brookline Boulevard.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says the motorcycle driver sustained "significant injuries" and was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
He's been identified by the Medical Examiner's office as 35-year-old Michael Rooney.
Investigator says the motorcycle slamming into an SUV that was trying to turn left out of a business driveway.
Public Safety said the investigation into the crash is ongoing, but that no charges are expected to be filed in connection with the crash at this time.
The driver of the SUV did say on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
