Denny and Melody Scott have owned Wiener World for the last five years, but it's been in business since 1965.

Denny says they don't want to move their business elsewhere, but they may have to if things don't change.

“Businesses that have been here 50-plus years, they’re few and far between and we feel that this location was something that is part of our community, part of the fabric that makes a downtown a downtown,” said Denny.

They're calling for the city to crack down on drug use and sales.

Denny has owned businesses in the downtown area since the 1980s

Allegheny County Police recently began patrolling downtown as part of a new partnership.

The Scotts say that has helped, but they are looking for more enforcement.
