A 70-year-old Butler County man is in custody on third degree murder charges, following the death of his girlfriend last year.
Pennsylvania State police say Sloan Hanson is charged with third degree murder as well as drug charges in the death of 55-year-old Kimberly Ray, who was found dead at his home back in October.
Investigators believe Hanson would drive to Clairton to buy heroin for Ray, allegedly using 15 bags of heroin every 90 minutes in the days leading up to her death.
