A woman was killed by a fallen tree while doing yardwork Tuesday night in Butler County.
Emergency Services dispatchers say 64-year-old Kimberly Altmire was unresponsive when a large tree branch fell on her, pinning her to the ground in the 400 block of Three Degree Road.
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
The cause of death was ruled blunt force trauma to the head.
The incident occurred hours before severe storms swept into the county.
The National Weather Service reposted video of a tornado briefly on the ground Tuesday night in Butler County.
The video was recorded near Portersville, along Bauder School Road.
