
A Canada lynx at the Pittsburgh Zoo has tested positive for COVID-19.
It’s the first documented case in the species within the United States. The zoo says the animal has mild symptoms and is expected to make a full recovery. They’re awaiting test results for four other lynxes.
Two tigers at the zoo tested positive earlier this month, and zoo leader believe the lynx was exposed at a similar time.
