Pittsburgh police say no charges are expected to be filed after a driver struck a man in a wheelchair Wednesday afternoon in Carrick.
This happened around 4:30 at the corner of Brownsville Road and The Boulevard.
Police say the driver was trying to make a left hand turn when he struck the man in the crosswalk.
Police say the victim was in stable condition when he was taken to the hospital for arm pain and a laceration to the head.
The driver was cooperative and remained on the scene.
