Cash 5 ticket worth over $1 million sold near Pittsburgh

While most of Pittsburgh is off to a slow start Monday thanks to a late-night Steelers loss, one person has a over one million reasons to celebrate.

The Pennsylvania Lottery has announced someone in Allegheny County bought a Cash 5 ticket that hit for $1,003,457 on Sunday evening.

The ticket, sold at Center Independent Oil, a Shell station on Route 30 in Clinton, matched all five balls drawn, 1,3,24,25,32 to win the prize.

That store gets a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claiming process.

Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.

Even if you didn’t win the jackpot, over 23,000 other Cash 5 with Quick Cash tickets have prizes on them.
