A judge has signed a restraining order against the owners of Century III Mall, a key step toward its demolition.
The order prevents the mall's owners from making any modifications to the property until a preliminary hearing later this month.
Allegheny County DA Stephen Zappala announced criminal charges against the owners this week and the county's plan to take over the property and demolish it.
