Chace's Cafe is closing its longtime South Side location at 301 East Carson Street.
Owner Pete Henderson chose not to renew the lease after 12 years.
However, the beloved breakfast spot is relocating to a larger space in Braddock Hills to continue serving its signature $7 breakfast sandwiches and pancakes.
Henderson announced the closure over the weekend in a statement on Facebook.
No word yet on when the new location will open.
