Police have filed homicide after a man was fatally shot at the New Kensington Elks club over the weekend.
Police are looking for 38-year-old Steffon Ballard, the brother of victim, 46-year-old Jeffery Ballard.
Jeffery, the bouncer of the club, was shot in the upper thigh outside of the club where he bled out and died.
Charges were filed after detectives reviewed surveillance video from the lodge and spoke with witnesses.
Police have issued several arrest warrants for Steffon Ballard on criminal homicide and other charges.
Anyone that knows Steffon's whereabouts or has any information is asked to call 911.
