A Charleroi man is in jail, accused of leaving two girls in a hot car in South Strabane.
Medics took the 9-month-old and 3-year-old girls to a hospital after they were found in the vehicle in a Walmart parking lot.
The 3-year-old was unresponsive at the time.
Police say the children were in a car for about 45 minutes that wasn't running with the windows closed.
Their mother told officers the girls were being cared for by Fritzson Charles.
He was arrested on multiple charges and has a preliminary hearing set for next Tuesday.
