Police in Baldwin are asking parents to be on alert for a suspicious person trying to lure children into his vehicle.
Castle Shannon Police have received multiple reports about a man driving around in a white van, offering kids candy and rides home.
Police advise if you see anything suspicious to immediately call 9-1-1.
