How Lee, a Chinese restaurant in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, has been hit with code violations – including presence of insects – according to Allegheny County’s consumer alerts.

In addition to the presence of insects, the violations include: improper cooling procedures, improper cooling, fire suppression systems that were not serviceable, a ventilations system that was not maintained, unshielded lights, damaged refrigeration units, lack of date marking on prepared foods, and cross-contamination risks.
