
City of Duquesne Police Chief Thomas Dunlevy waived his preliminary hearing Monday on felony charges of witness intimidation, obstruction and oppression.

According to Allegheny Police, the charges stem from a sexual assault case, with Dunlevy allegedly confronting the father of the 15-year-old victim.
Investigators say the man accused of assaulting the girl is a Duquesne Volunteer Firefighter and a friend of Dunlevy’s.
Dunlevy is due back in court on February 8th.
