There will be no Friday Night Lights for the Clairton Bears for the second week in a row and a third time this season.
This Friday, the Bears were scheduled to face Leechburg.
Leechburg released a statement saying "Due to recent injuries and resulting roster constraints, our coaching and administrative staff have determined that we cannot safely field a team for this contest. The health, safety, and physical well-being of our student-athletes will always be our highest priority."
The first game that Clairton missed was on them.
The Bears forfeited against Steel Valley because their coach was not able to coach.
The WPIAL says last week when Springdale postponed their game with Clairton and this week's game are categorized as postponed.
If not rescheduled, the WPIAL will decide if it's a forfeit.
It's the third game this season.
