
After closing late last year, Club Café is returning under new ownership.
New owners, Keystone Connect, made the announcement on Monday morning.
Keystone Artist Connect “is an all-inclusive liaison for local, national and regional acts,” per its website.
In a statement made before closing, former owner Opus One said were are moving on to "other endeavors."
Club Café has hosted up-and-coming musical acts for a quarter of a century.
The dimly lit venue has been a place to get away and enjoy music, compared to the hustle and bustle of the South Side flats.
The venue has been owned by music production company Opus One for the past 13 years and has hosted music since the late 1980s.
Keystone Artist Connect is owned by Danielle Mashuda and Maddy Lafferty.
“What seemed impossible at the time came to fruition after months of hard work, passion, collaboration, and love for this historic venue we all have shared countless memories at nestled in Bedford Square in the SouthSide of Pittsburgh,” the new owners said in a Facebook post.
Next Pittsburgh says the venue will reopen this summer.
