Cumberland Farms is buying Coen Markets in a deal expected to close this year.

Coen has 54 locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, operating dozens of locations in the Pittsburgh region.
No word yet on if Coen will keep its name or if it will be changed.
