Connie Clark Named Allegheny County Interim Warden

County Executive Sara Innamorato announced that Deputy Warden Connie Clark will serve as Interim Warden effective August 1. Trevor Wingard’s last day as Warden of the Allegheny County Jail is July 31st. Connie Clark currently serves as Deputy Warden for Programs and Services at the jail. Clark will take over as warden while the county undergoes a search for a permanent replacement.
