Allegheny County Police are investigating after a 20-year-old was shot dead in Clairton.
It happened just after 11:20 a.m. Thursday morning in the 900 block of Toman Avenue.
When police arrived, they found the victim dead at the scene.
Allegheny Homicide Detectives are investigating.
